The wines produced in San Casciano – Val di Pesa, are inspired to the ancient idea of Chianti Classico, focused on fragrance and structure accompanied by a pleasing freshness that ensures the right balance even in the hottest and most difficult vintages, giving it a classic and greedy profile. The smell is dominated by a fruity note without being excessive, with floral notes of violet and fruity cherry in evidence, and a tendency to a natural soft complexity. The taste has a good structure and a good volume at the center of the mouth, tannins pleasantly ripe and enveloping without being hard and austere. It is a Chianti Classico with a classic and contemporary expression, which is easily appreciated in its youth and with a good aging potential for those who want to wait.
